Budget airline Flybe will start its first flights from Norwich on Thursday.
It is expected to become the biggest airline operating flights at Norwich International, launching its service to Belfast this week. Flights to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Jersey will follow over the next few weeks.
The airline also has plans to start flights from Norwich to Aberdeen, Paris, Amsterdam and Chambery in southern France, although no details have been confirmed yet.
There are also other destinations under consideration by the airline. Flybe is looking at flights to Exeter, Liverpool, Southampton and Newcastle within the UK. It is also considering flights to Faro, Malaga, Alicante, Murcia, La Rochelle and Cherbourg.
Flybe claims to be the third biggest low-fares airline in the UK, behind Ryanair and easyJet. Flybe differentiate themselves from other budget airlines by flying smaller aircraft from regional airports.
