News: BMI announce flights to Riyadh

BMI British Midland tailfin logoBMI have announced the launch of three times weekly flights from London Heathrow to Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia, and site of the largest airport in the world (by area). This is in addition to the flights to Mumbai / Bombay, which have already been confirmed.

The airline is expected to introduce even more long haul flights from Heathrow, and to serve a greater number of destinations, including India, as soon as the opportunity is presented.

Riyadh will be served by flights from London Heathrow on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday,  with return flights departing Riyadh on the same days. Bmi will be the only British carrier offering flights to the Saudi Arabian capital from the UK.
