News: New flights from Glasgow to Pakistan

PIA already operate direct flights to Pakistan from Birmingham and Manchester, as well as from London. These new flights from Glasgow will operate via Dubai.

PIA already operate direct flights to Pakistan from Birmingham and Manchester, as well as from London. These new flights from Glasgow will operate via Dubai.

Pakistani International Airlines (PIA) have announced that they will be launching two flights each week from Glasgow to Islamabad and Lahore. Both flights will operate via Dubai, although it is unclear at this stage whether PIA will be promoting Dubai as a destination, rather than just a stop off point.

These new flights to Pakistan, the first ever to operate from Scotland, start on 16th November 2005.
