Monarch have found that demand for their quality oriented flights from Birmingham has been above expectations

Budget airline Monarch Scheduled will start flights from Birmingham to the southern Spanish city of Almeria on May 5. .

The no-frills carrier plan to run three flights a week to the Andalusian port with return fares including taxes and charges starting from £89.

Monarch Scheduled recently announced a massive expansion of their Spanish routes for next summer, including new services from Birmingham to Murcia , Menorca and Palma de Mallorca . In addition, flights to the popular hotspots of Tenerife and Alicante will continue, and an increased capacity will be added to a number of other existing routes.
