Budget airline Bmibaby have announced new flights from Cardiff to Amsterdam, along with plans to re-establish itself on flights from Cardiff to Belfast and Glasgow. Currently, the airline has an agreement with Air Wales, who operate the Cardiff and Belfast flights, along with several other destinations, using their smaller turboprop aircraft.
The new Glasgow flights will operate 3 times each day, with operations moving back to Glasgow International Airport, from where Bmibaby initially operated their Cardiff flights, prior to subcontracting them out to Air Wales, who operate into Glasgow Prestwick.
