Eastern have added yet another niche route into their popular Scottish Highland base. More cheap flights to Inverness are expected to be announced later this year. |
Regional airline Eastern Airways is launching new flights between Leeds-Bradford and Inverness on March 27. The six days a week service will leave Leeds-Bradford at 10.15am and return from Inverness at 12.05pm.
Eastern’s marketing chief, Keith Watson, said:
“Inverness is becoming an increasingly popular destination for both the business and leisure traveller and many blue chip organisations have bases in the north of Scotland. For the tourist, aside from the chance to see the Loch Ness Monster, the area boasts some of the most beautiful scenery to be found anywhere in the world.”
