News: Globespan expand Edinburgh to Murcia flights

Budget airline Flyglobespan are increasing the number of flights between the Scottish capital Edinburgh and the southern Spanish city Murcia from once a week to a daily service, starting on May 1. The company had originally offered flights Murcia on a weekly basis from Edinburgh – starting on April 1 - but demand has been so high they have decided it justifies a daily slot.
Flyglobespan chairman, Tom Dalrymple, said: “Murcia is growing increasingly popular as a destination. It opens up a huge part of Spain to the holidaymaker and I think it will continue to grow in popularity.”
