Maxjet Airways, the all-business-class transatlantic airline, is launching new twice-weekly flights between London Stansted and Las Vegas on November 2.
The non-stop service will leave London at 1pm every Monday and Thursday and arrive at Las Vegas’ McCarran International airport at 5pm local time. Return flights - also every Monday and Thursday – will leave Las Vegas at 7.30pm and arrive in London at 12.30pm the next day. This will be the only overnight non-stop service from Las Vegas to London.
Maxjet chief executive, Gary Rogliano, said the airline are responding to demand from British customers for an affordable business class service between London and Las Vegas, adding: “The addition of this new route also means that connections to and from US west coast are now much easier.”
In addition to adding the Las Vegas flights to its passenger schedule, Maxjet’s services from London, New York and Washington DC will have later departure times from October 1 onwards. Mr Rogliano said the new schedules will give passengers more time to complete business, avoid rush hour traffic and allow for a wider selection of connecting flights both in the US and UK. Maxjet currently operates six weekly flights between New York JFK and London Stansted, and four weekly flights between Washington Dulles and London Stansted. With the addition of new aircraft next year, the fast-growing airline plans to open new scheduled services to London from a number of key US business destinations.
