News: Flyglobespan set to replace bmibaby at Durham Tees Valley

Scottish no-frills airline Flyglobespan is launching flights from Durham Tees Valley airport to four European hot-spots next spring.
The fast growing budget carrier will offer four flights a week from Durham to Malaga and three flights a week to Palma (Majorca), Alicante and Faro (Algarve). Flyglobespan is also expected to announce additional routes for the summer 2007 season in the near future.
The airline’s chairman, Tom Dalrymple, said: “I am absolutely delighted that we are able to bring the Flyglobespan package to Durham Tees Valley in such a widespread manner.”
