News: Singapore Airlines unveil new in-flight offering

Singapore Airlines are set to launch what they claim will be the most luxurious in-flight experience of any commercial airline.

The airline’s new leather seats in first class will be a world beating 35-inches wide and feature a host of entertainment options, including a 23-inch LCD screen, USB ports, a power supply and the latest noise reduction headphones. Parisian fashion house, Givenchy, have designed the bathrooms, bed linen and dining-ware.

The upgraded cabins will debut on Singapore Airlines’ Boeing 777-300 aircraft on flights between Singapore and Paris this December.

Singapore Airlines are the launch customer of the delayed new Airbus A380 ‘suberjumbo’ and are expected to roll much of their new premium service when it enters service next year.
