News: Competition for BA on Bristol to Paris flights

Easyjet have launched their first flights from Bristol to Paris.
The budget airline’s daily flights to Charles de Gaulle airport will go head to head with BA Connect’s high frequency service to the French capital.
The airline has been delighted by the response to the new route and expects to carry close to 50,000 passengers on the service in the first year.
Easyjet’s marketing manager, Katie Stitson, said: “The people of Bristol and surrounding regions really do have an appetite for low-cost flights across Europe, especially to the major cities such as Paris. Easyjet is committed to Bristol and we look forward to bringing even more choice from the region in the future.”
