News: Flyglobespan increase frequency of summer Faro flights from Durham

Flyglobespan has added an additional flight to Faro as part of its expanded summer programme from Durham Tees Valley.
The Scottish no-frills airline will now offer three flights a week to Faro three from late June – with a new Friday service joining the Tuesday and Sunday flights starting on April 1.
Faro is one of nine destinations Flyglobespan will offer in its first year operating from Durham Tees Valley. Flights to Alicante, Ibiza, Mahon (Menorca), Malaga, Palma (Majorca), Jersey, Nice, and Pula in Croatia will also take off this summer.
Durham Tees Valley airport’s managing director, Hugh Lang, said: “We are delighted by the announcement that Flyglobespan has introduced an additional service to Faro which will provide more choice and flexibility to their flying programme.”
