News: Birmingham gets its first North Cyprus flights

Anatolian Sky will offer the first package holidays to North Cyprus from Birmingham this summer.
Weekly flights takes off from Birmingham International every Monday from May 21, and will run throughout the summer until October.
The self-styled Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus is not recognised internationally, and direct flights from EU countries are not permitted, so Anatolian Sky’s new service will be routed via Dalaman in southern Turkey.
North Cyprus’ isolation since the Turkish invasion in 1974 has meant that holidaymakers will be treated to a remarkably unspoilt destination blessed with beautiful beaches, picturesque villages and clear blue waters.
