News: More Tripoli flights from London

Afriqiyah Airways has increased the frequency of its flights between London Gatwick and Tripoli.
The Libyan airline previously operated the route up to six times a week, but it is now running a daily service using Airbus A320 aircraft.
Carol Bray, sales and marketing manager for Afriqiyah Airways, UK, told travelmole.com: "As well as satisfying demand for this route, this addition to the schedule increases opportunities for onward connections to other Afriqiyah destinations, including popular Lagos and Accra."
Afriqiyah Airways are the only airline to offer flights from Gatwick to Tripoli, but British Airways and Libyan Arab Airways operate services to the Libyan capital from London Heathrow. BA offer daily flights compared to Libyan Arab Airways’ two flights a week.
