News: New winter flights to Egypt from Scottish airports

Flyglobespan will be offering flights to the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh from Glasgow International and Edinburgh this winter.
The new weekly service will run every Wednesday from November 7 until March 26.
Flyglobespan’s winter programme will also see the return of the winter service from Glasgow to Orlando Sanford and daily flights from both Edinburgh and Glasgow to Alicante and Malaga. In addition, the airline is offering daily flights to Barcelona from Glasgow and four days a week from Edinburgh.
Flyglobespan chairman, Tom Dalrymple, said: “I am very pleased we have been able to add such an exciting destination to our Glasgow and Edinburgh programmes.
“And as well as this new route, I am pleased that we are able to maintain such strong programmes to Alicante, Malaga and Barcelona from Glasgow and Edinburgh throughout the winter.
