The ever improving air links between the UK and Romania are set to receive a further boost this winter with the launch of new flights from Luton to Transylvania.
Eastern European budget specialist Wizz Air will be offering three flights a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) from Luton to the city of Tirgu Mures, starting on October 30.
Wizz Air already operates flights from the Romanian capital Bucharest to Luton, and will be launching a new service from Bucharest to Liverpool on October 1. The no-frills carrier also boasts a wide network of flights to Poland, Croatia and Slovenia from a host of UK airports.
