News: Virgin adds extra Christmas flights to Montego Bay

Virgin Atlantic will run five extra flights between London and Montego Bay over Christmas and New Year in response to high demand.
The additional flights between Gatwick and Montego Bay will operate on an Airbus A340-300.
Virgin Atlantic chief executive, Steve Ridgway, Chief said: "We are thrilled to be able to add extra flights between London and Montego Bay. This route has proved to be very popular with our leisure customers."
Virgin Atlantic's existing 747-400 flights between Gatwick and Montego Bay will operate as normal every Monday and Wednesday. The extra services will operate on December 22, 23 and 29, and on January 5 and 6.
The airline will also be expanding its services to Jamaica later this year with the launch of new flights between London Gatwick and Kingston. The new twice-weekly service takes off on October 30.
