News: New flights to Katowice from London Gatwick

The first flights from London Gatwick to the Polish city of Katowice will start early next year.
Budget carrier Wizzair will operate daily flights between Katowice and Gatwick from January 31.
Wizzair already operate flights to Katowice from two other London airports – Luton and Stansted – as well as from Belfast International, Bournemouth, Coventry, Doncaster and Liverpool.
By introducing Gatwick to its network from Katowice, Wizzair will increase its number of routes from its largest base to 25. This will further reinforce the no-frills airline’s position as the leading player in the Silesia region of southern Poland.
