News: New Valencia flights from Liverpool

Ryanair will launch new flights from Liverpool to Valencia this winter. It is the first time flights between the two cities have been available.
Ryanair will operate four flights a week to Valencia from Liverpool, bringing to 39 the number of flights it offers from John Lennon Airport. The new service takes off on October 31.
Neil Pakey, managing director at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, said "We're delighted to hear Ryanair is linking Liverpool with yet another Spanish city. Valencia will no doubt prove extremely popular outbound as well as attracting inbound tourism as Liverpool approaches its Capital of Culture status in 2008."
This news comes a fortnight after Ryanair announced six new destinations from Liverpool to Belfast, Budapest, Bydgoszcz, Fuerteventura, Lodz and Tenerife, and the return of ski routes to Grenoble and Salzburg.
