People flying to Dalaman, Sharm El Sheikh and other popular destinations available with Thomas Cook will have more leg-room next year.
The holiday company announced that the seat pitch on its long-haul flights will be increased from 30 inches to 33 inches from May 2008.
Seven of the airline's Airbus A330 aircraft will see the change when MyTravel and Thomas Cook merge to create Thomas Cook Airlines next March.
Thomas Cook’s UK product director, Tony Hopkins, said: "Thomas Cook is pleased to be able to offer the trade an enhanced in-cabin experience in time for the next summer season."
