News: New York takes top spot with BA customers

New York will be the most popular long-haul destination for British Airways customers this Christmas.
Based on bookings made in the run up to the Festive Period, BA said the Big Apple took the top spot ahead of Hong Kong and Los Angeles.
Other destinations that made the top ten included Miami, Delhi, Mumbai, Cape Town, Seattle and Boston.
Lin Glass of BA advised passengers travelling overseas during this peak period to make the best use of technology to avoid long queues and have a "far less stressful" experience.
"It's much easier to get checked in before you get into the terminals either online or at one of the new remote check-in kiosks," she commented.
"Then all you need to do is to drop your bags at the fast bag desk. It's quicker and far less stressful."
