News: Monarch launch new Murcia flights from Manchester

Monarch has launched new flights to Murcia from Manchester.
The initial service will run five times weekly before being increased to a daily operation over the summer season.
A spokesman for Monarch said the airline was delighted by the response to the new route: “We have been overwhelmed by how well it has been received with the first flight almost fully booked and over 20,000 bookings already taken," she said.
Monarch now operates flights to 12 destinations in Spain, Portugal and Cyprus, including Barcelona, Faro and Malaga.
From May 18, the airline is also set to operate a new, five-times weekly, service between Manchester and Larnaca in Cyprus.
