News: Clickair scrap Valencia and Vigo flights from London

Spanish cheap flights specialist Clickair is scrapping its flights from London to Valencia and Vigo later this month.
The routes, which operate from Heathrow and Gatwick respectively, are being axed to coincide with the start of the airline’s winter timetable, which starts on October 28.
Clickair will continue to offer flights to La Coruna from Heathrow and Seville from Gatwick, but is switching its Bilbao flights from Gatwick to Heathrow in a bid to attract more business customers.
Clickair chief executive, Alex Cruz, said, “We have had a reasonably upbeat summer network-wide. In the UK Bilbao and La Coruna have performed especially well. Moving the Bilbao route to Heathrow next month will be popular with our business passengers.”
