News: Virgin scoop three gongs at British Travel Awards

Virgin Atlantic has won three categories at the prestigious British Travel Awards.
Virgin won best long-haul airline, best business class airline and best economy class airline at the awards.
The airline’s chief executive, Steve Ridgway, said: "This is an amazing achievement. The travellers that voted clearly love flying with us whether they are in Upper Class or Economy which is a tribute to our people, our innovative products and high standards in customer service.”
Other airlines winning top honours at the awards were Easyjet, which won the no-frills airline ahead category, and Monarch, which was named leisure airline.
