Aer Arann will launch its first flights from London City in the new year.
The Irish regional airline will operate up to four flights a day between London City and the Isle of Man from January 19. This will provide a major boost to the Isle of Man, which has retained just one flight a day to London City operated by VLM since the closure of EuroManx in May.
Aer Arann will be the first airline to use the 72-seat ATR 72-500 at London City, pending the aircraft’s certification.
Aer Arann currently operates a wide network of Irish domestic flights as well as services from Ireland to the UK and France.
