Flights > News > # 2113 (20/03/2009)

Do you want to watch your team in the quarter-final stages of the Champions League next month? Working out how to get to games on the Continent can take hours, so Flightmapping.com has done the hard work for you, and looked into the direct flight options for Manchester United and Arsenal’s away legs.

Porto vs Manchester United (April 14/15):

There are no direct flights to Porto from Manchester, although Ryanair do operate Porto flights from Liverpool. Another alternative worth considering is taking a flight from Manchester to Lisbon with either Bmibaby or Thomson, and then catching a train up to Porto. The train between Lisbon and Porto takes just three hours and costs around £45 return.
