The Clickair brand will be scrapped next month as a result of the Spanish no-frills airline's merger with rival carrier Vueling Airlines.
Clickair currently operates flights from London Heathrow to Bilbao, La Coruna, Seville and Vigo.
The new merged airline will take on the Vueling name from mid-July.
A Vueling spokesman said the airline’s high profile in Spain, particularly around its Barcelona base, meant it would concentrate initially on traffic originating in Spain. He added that Vueling would be committed to maintaining the UK routes.
The new airline will codeshare with Iberia on the majority of routes.
