Flights > News > # 2259 (18/09/2009)
KLM is introducing a new section in its long-haul economy cabin from December offering passengers an extra 4" legroom and a greater degree of recline.
The Dutch national airline has said between 35 and 40 of the new seats will be available on every KLM intercontinental flight. Depending on the length of the flight, seats in the new cabin will sell for a surcharge ranging from €80 - €150 (£71 - £134) on top of the standard economy fare. The seats will be available without surcharge to FlyingBlue Platinum members, and those traveling on full fare tickets.
