News: BA to increase frequency of Balearic flights from London City

British Airways (BA) is to increase the frequency of its new flights to Palma (Majorca) and Ibiza from London City.
The Balearic flights start in May and were only announced last month, but demand for the services has been higher than expected.
BA will boost the schedule from three to five flights a week to Palma and from three to four flights a week to Ibiza during July and August.
Both routes will initially operate on Fridays, Sundays and Mondays, offering an ideal schedule for passengers looking for a weekend or longer break. The extra Majorca flights will operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the extra Ibiza flights on Wednesdays.
